DraftKings English Premier League DFS Lineup Picks for Saturday’s Action – Our Top 5 Player Picks for Week 3.

Picks by Lewis @EPLDFS

Saturday 10:00am ET Kick-Offs

Games:
Huddersfield V Southampton
Newcastle V West Ham
Watford V Brighton
Man Utd V Leicester (Late Kick-Off)

Top 5 Picks

GK – Gomes ($5,300) kept a clean sheet in last weekends game against Bournemouth and you expect him to gain another one this weekend at home to Brighton. Brighton have not scored in the Premier League yet this season and you expect Watford to be favorites again this weekend. The only downside could be the lack of saves made but he looks good for the clean sheet and win bonuses.

D- Van Aanholt ($5,300) loves to get forward and deliver crosses. This weekend’s game against Swansea will give him the chance to do that. In game week one against Huddersfield he made 10 crosses and had 3 shots with 1 on goal. Last week was a much quitter game for Van Aanholt up against a very attacking Liverpool side in which he still scored 6 points. I expect him to return to his week one performance against a Swansea side who are struggling without Sigurdsson.

M – Mkhitaryan ($8,600) struggled in the Premier League last season but has been on top form in the first 2 games this term. Mkhitaryan created two assists in United’s 4-0 Victory over Swansea last weekend. He has created a great partnership with Lukaku and they are causing defenses all kinds of problems. Expect Mkhitaryan to create chances again this weekend at home to Leicester.

F- Chicharito ($7,000) scored 2 goals against Southampton in Saturdays 3-1 defeat. He also put in five crosses and took three shots on his way to 32.8 points last weekend. Chicharito’s next game is against Newcastle who have conceded 3 goals this season and haven’t fully settled into Premier League life. Chicharito is one of the best finishers in the Premier League and he will get chances to score again this Saturday.

Cheap Option – Carroll  ($3,700) after Sigurdsson’s big money move to Everton, Carroll has taken over his role in attacking midfield and is now on set pieces. Carroll made six crosses on his way to 10 points against a good Man Utd team where Swansea lost 4-0 last weekend. Up against a weaker side in Crystal Palace this weekend we can see him hitting double figures again. Putting Carroll in your team will open up more salary to spend elsewhere.

Good Luck in this weekends games. Let us know if you like the look of any other players. Post your thoughts in the comments section below.
